No problem, we are here to help!


Simply submit a request below, and depending on the type of issue you have, our handy system may even be able to help you fix it without the need for a contractor to visit.


If not though, we will acknowledge your issue within 5 working days. 

SUBMIT MAINTENANCE REQUEST

Emergencies & Urgent Maintenance

If there is a fire, a burglary, a gas leak (or if you smell gas), or if someone is in danger, please call the emergency services before calling us:


For the police, ambulance or fire & rescue service, please call 999.


For the national gas emergency helpline, please call 0800 111 999.


Once you have called the emergency services, or for any other emergency or urgent maintenance issue, please call us on 023 9300 8021.


Other urgent & emergency criteria:

Burst water pipe, loss of electricity, severe structural issue, smashed window.


Non-urgent & emergency criteria:

No heating or hot water, noise complaints, lost keys and locks outs.


If you have any one of these non-urgent, or any other issue, please submit a maintenance request above and we will be in touch.


*Please note that if a contractor is called out to resolve a preventable or non-urgent issue, then you will be charged.
